School Consultation Support Services
Pediatric Psych Services’ school consultation team is dedicated to providing high-quality school psychology and special education consultation services to charter and private schools. We pride ourselves on our excellent communication skills, timely completion of projects and read-friendly documentation/report writing style.
Our School Psychologist and Special Education (Teacher) Consultants specialize in becoming an integral part of your special and/or general education team through regular service provision and are available for short-term evaluation or project support as well.
School Psychology
Members of Pediatric Psych Services’ School Psychology Team specialize in providing the following services to our schools:
- Special education evaluation for all ages and disability areas
- Direct service supports (individual, group) toward IEP goals
- General education student support (individual, group)
- Individual behavioral intervention/consultation
- Classroom-wide behavior system consultation
- Intervention team participation and support
- School-wide systems consultation and collaboration (e.g. RTI systems support, behavioral data collection and intervention systems, school-wide anti-bullying programs)
- Crisis prevention, response and recovery consultation and services
- Teacher in-service trainings

Our team of special education teachers is currently able to provide licensed support in

- Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
- Developmental Cognitive Disability (DCD)
- Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH)
Our special education teacher consultants specialize in providing the following supports
to our schools:
- Special education evaluation planning, testing, results dissemination
- Autism Spectrum Disorder specialist activities (evaluation, consultation, direct support)
- Curriculum adaptation/modification
- Design and implement classroom-wide and individualized behavior support programs
- Literacy program development/implementation/support
- Due process support (writing IEPs, implementing, organizing, training)
- Executive functioning evaluation/support
- Transition skills development
- Direct service provider
- Other services tailored to the unique needs of your students and school community
