Contracted School Services
Pediatric Psych Services’ school consultation team is dedicated to providing high-quality school psychology and special education consultation services to charter and private schools. We pride ourselves on our excellent communication skills, timely completion of projects and reader friendly documentation/report writing style.
Our School Psychologist and Special Education (Teacher) Consultants specialize in becoming an integral part of your special and/or general education team through regular service provision and are available for short-term evaluation or project support as well.
School Psychology Services
Members of Pediatric Psych Services’ School Psychology Team specialize in providing the following services to our schools:
- Special education evaluation for all ages and disability areas
- Direct service supports (individual, group) toward IEP goals
- General education student support (individual, group)
- Individual behavioral intervention/consultation
- Classroom-wide behavior system consultation
- Intervention team participation and support
- School-wide systems consultation and collaboration (e.g. RTI systems support, behavioral data collection and intervention systems, school-wide anti-bullying programs)
- Crisis prevention, response and recovery consultation and services
- Teacher in-service trainings
Virtual School Psychologist Services
Pediatric Psych Services is excited to announce that we now have limited availability to provide the following assessments virtually through a standardized on-line testing platform. Our school psychologist administers the assessments virtually, live and in real-time while a school staff member assists with proctoring on-site.
- Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children, Fifth Edition (WISC-V)
- Woodcock Johnson IV Tests of Achievement, (WJ-IV ACH)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Supports (BCBA)
Our BCBA providers are currently available to provide the following services:
- Consultation and/or completion of throughout evidenced-based Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Program development or consultation for students with challenging behaviors
- Intervention design, consultation on intervention implementation and subsequent progress monitoring
- Trainings for staff regarding functions of behavior and positive behavior support strategies
- Additional services as needed

Special Education Teacher Services
Our special education teacher consultants specialize in providing the following supports to our schools:
- Due process support (IEP writing, timeline management, progress notes completion)
- Academic testing for special education evaluations (e.g. Woodcock Johnson Achievement, CBMs, etc)
- Other special education evaluation planning, testing, writing, results dissemination
- Autism Spectrum Disorder specialist activities (evaluation, consultation, direct support)
- Curriculum adaptation/modification
- Other services tailored to the unique needs of your students and school community

Special Education Social Workers
Our special education social workers are currently able to offer the following services to contracted schools:
- Direct service support toward IEP goals
- In person or virtual
- 1:1 or small group direct-service minutes in areas of emotion regulation, executive functioning skills, social skills, coping skills and more
- Indirect Services/Consultation for support in emotion regulation, coping skills, and social skills
- Intervention team participation and support
- Teacher in-service trainings
