Payment
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. You are encouraged to contact your insurance company to obtain additional information about your coverage. Here are some helpful questions to ask:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from a primary care physician?
In-Network
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Pediatric Psych Services is currently in-network for the following insurance companies:
- Aetna
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Medica
- Optum
- Preferred One
- Select Care
- UBH
Out-of-Network
Many other insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that will allow for partial coverage of services. Out-of-network billing/paperwork is available.
Fees
Please contact Dr. Sarah for a copy of our fee schedule. Clients are eligible for a 10% discount on all services provided if they chose to pay out-of-pocket. Please contact Dr. Sarah if your family is experiencing a financial hardship and you require a hardship discount or payment plan.
Payment
Cash and check are accepted forms of payment. Pediatric Psych Services is not able to accept credit cards for payment at this time. Co-payments and self-pay payments are due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to provide 24-hour notice for any reason, a charge of $100.00 will be applied to your account. This fee is not reimbursable by insurance plans and must be paid before further services will be provided.
